If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, resalable condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price of the litter box and we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. The original shipping charges and return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
